Description
Possibly the best feature of this property is the beautiful, contemporary garden which is accessed via the utility room. This is west-facing and gets the best of the afternoon sun. It was designed and constructed by professional garden designers five years ago and the planting has now matured to produce a wonderfully lush, evergreen outdoor living environment. At the near end is a raised deck which abuts the curvaceous steps that descend from the back door. These steps can be illuminated at night by the outside hurricane lantern that is mounted on the rear of the building. The rear part of the garden is covered with shingle and carefully positioned reclaimed timbers help to create the impression of a beach. 
Along the right-hand length of the garden is a gently curving low wall that acts as a retainer for the main bed of shrubs. In the far-left corner is a bespoke timber bench that is partly screened by a further area of planting.
A Horse Chestnut tree hangs over the garden and shrubs on three sides provide privacy from neighbouring gardens. The garden walls have all been recently painted and the garden is itself easy to maintain due to careful selection of planting. There is a painted garden shed on the decked area and an outside tap for watering plants.
